Look at the schedule as a calendar

Steps

1. Click Calendar in the toolbar.

   Calendar is the third view button.

2. Read the month grid.

   The grid runs Monday to Sunday. Dates with a shooting day are shaded and show its name and scene count, for example Shoot Day 1 and 2 scenes. Previous and Next move between months.

3. Scroll below the grid to Not yet dated.

   Days and off days without a date are listed there. Each has a Set date button, for example Set date of Off Day, so you can place it on the calendar.
