Production PlanArchive or remove a crew member
Take someone off the crew list, and know what happens to call sheets already issued.
Before you start
- At least one crew member exists.
Steps
Control-click a crew member.
The menu offers Open, Archive and Delete…. Archive keeps the person in the directory but hides them from the list. Tick Show archived to see them again.
Choose Delete….
The sheet asks: Remove the person from the crew? It says they move to Recently Deleted for 30 days and that call sheets already issued keep their copy. It adds: Archiving is the better choice if they may return.
Click Remove, or Cancel to keep them.
A removed person can be restored from Recently Deleted within 30 days.
What you get
The person leaves the crew list. Call sheets already issued keep their copy.
Watch out for
- Archive instead of Remove if the person may come back on a later day.
