Notes and tasks

Mark a task done, and reopen it

Tick off finished tasks and bring one back if it is not finished after all.

Beginner4 stepsWindows

Before you start

  • At least one open task exists.

Steps

  1. Click the tick box at the left of a task.

The tick box is named Mark followed by the task title done. You can also open the task and click Mark Done.

  2. Read the message: Completed task “Tour task call the depot”.

Click Undo to reopen it at once. The task leaves the Open list and the open count goes down by one.

  3. Click Done above the list.

Done tasks show Done in place of a date. Their tick boxes are ticked. Click a ticked box, or open the task and click Reopen, to make it an open task again. A message says Reopened task followed by the title.

  4. Click All.

All shows open and done tasks together. The Open, Done and All switch only changes what you see.

What you get

Finished tasks are in Done and open ones stay in Open.

Watch out for

  • Marking a task done never changes the scene, location or other item it is linked to.
