ReportsOpen and delete saved snapshots
Look at a snapshot again, or remove one you no longer need.
Before you start
- At least one snapshot is saved.
Steps
Click an entry under Saved snapshots to open it.
The entry is highlighted and the table shows the report as it was when you saved it. The Source line still shows the time it was generated. Export works on the snapshot too.
To remove the snapshot, click Delete at the right of its entry.
Delete removes the saved copy from the list. Your live reports and your project are not affected.
Click Back to live reports to return to the current data.
The banner is at the top of the table while a snapshot is open.
What you get
You can look at a saved copy, or the snapshot is gone from the list.
Watch out for
- Deleting a snapshot removes the saved copy. Export it first if you may want it again.
