Recently DeletedSearch deleted items
Find one deleted item among many.
Before you start
- There are deleted items.
Steps
Click Search deleted items and type, for example, catering.
The table keeps only the matching rows. Here it shows Old catering list, a Note that was in Notes & Tasks, with 30 days left.
If nothing matches, read the message.
It says No deleted items match followed by what you typed, for example “lighting”. Clear the box to see everything again.
What you get
You find the item, or you know it is not in this list.
Watch out for
- The search covers the list you chose. Switch to Global Idea Vault to search that one.
