Daily ViewExport the Daily View
Save one day's Daily View as a PDF or a plain text file.
Before you start
- A shooting day is showing.
Steps
Click Export at the top right.
Export saves the day you are looking at.
In the Export Daily View sheet choose PDF or Plain text under Format, then click Export….
The sheet names the source, for example Shoot Day 1 - Daily View, and shows the suggested file name, for example Shoot Day 1 - Daily View.pdf. It says: Private notes excluded. The document shows what the Daily View shows; the schedule is not changed. Choose a place for the file in the Mac save panel. Cancel closes the sheet.
What you get
You have a file of the day to share.
Watch out for
- Private notes are never included in the export.
